The 15 BOTTI Vinegar is aged and obtained following our traditional methods, using cooked grape must from selected local grapes and aged in oak barrels. Syrupy, dark and shiny, with a bitter sweet edge. Excellent on seafood, with rice and pasta, it is also the perfect addition to cooked meats, cheeses, and even PIZZA.
