DescriptionOur forged fish gig head is so tough that it splits rocks before it will bend or break! This gig head is designed for the clear and rocky streams of our beautiful Ozarks, but it is great for the ocean too. The head is forged from one piece of solid steel.Forged fish gig head is securely mig welded to a round socket that has a 1-1/4″ inner diameter. Tines are approximately 3/8″ thick just below the barbs and tapers to approximately 9/16″ thick. The head is 4″ wide and 6-1/4″ long. The shaft is 1/2″ thick and approximately 7-5/8″ long. The socket is approximately 6″ long with a 1/8″ wall thickness. Overall length is 20″.Gig head is made in the USA.This is a gig head only.
