This smooth and creamy tahini is made using lightly toasted organic sesame seeds that have had the hulls removed. It has a mild, nutty flavour with a hint of sweetness. Hulled tahini is a tasty nut butter alternative and also useful in baking, for making hummus or adding to smoothies. The label on this jar is made from Rockstock paper, a tree-free paper manufactured from old quarry stone and offcuts left over from the building industry – supporting our mission to reduce our impact on the environment.
